1. Acceptance

By running and using RobloxGems you agree to these terms. This is a personal, single-operator automation tool — not a public platform.

2. What this software does

• Fetches publicly available Roblox game data via the Roblox public API.
• Uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate ratings and captions for those games.
• Assembles 6-slide photo carousel images using open-source fonts and public game thumbnails.
• Publishes those carousels to TikTok via the TikTok Content Posting API using the operator's own credentials.

3. Your responsibilities

• TikTok Terms — You must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You are solely responsible for content posted to your account.
• Roblox Terms — Game thumbnails and metadata are public. Respect Roblox's Terms of Use.
• API rate limits — Do not modify the pipeline to exceed the rate limits of TikTok, Roblox, or Anthropic APIs.
• Credential security — Keep your .env file private. Do not share or commit it to a public repository.

4. Intellectual property

Game names, thumbnails, and descriptions belong to their respective Roblox developers. No claim is made over Roblox or TikTok intellectual property.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

This software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. There is no guarantee of uptime, accuracy of AI ratings, TikTok API availability, or follower growth results.

6. Limitation of liability

The creators of this tool are not liable for any account suspensions, bans, content takedowns, or other consequences resulting from its use. Use it at your own risk.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
